How to Access Your Mobile Room Key for Your Stay at The George

Welcome to The George Hotel. Guests can bypass the front desk and head straight to their rooms using the JustIn Mobile App. Our online check-in service provides a seamless arrival experience, allowing you to use your mobile phone as your room key.

If you prefer a traditional check-in or require assistance, our front desk team is available throughout your stay.

Please note: Room keys can only be issued once online check-in is completed and a valid matching ID is uploaded.

How It Works

  • You will receive an email and SMS before arrival with a link to begin check-in.
  • Online check-in opens four days before arrival.
  • Download the JustIn Mobile App from your app store.
  • Follow the prompts in the email to complete check-in, including ID upload, contact details, and credit card information.
  • Once check-in is completed, your mobile key will be sent on the day of arrival, no later than 2 PM.
  • Use the JustIn Mobile App to access the front entrance, lifts, and your room.

App Setup & Troubleshooting

  • Register your JustIn Mobile account using the same email provided during check-in.
  • Allow Bluetooth and Nearby Devices permissions when prompted.
  • On your arrival day, you will receive an SMS or app notification once your room is ready.
  • To access your key, open the app, select your reservation, and your room number will be displayed.

If your key is not showing, refresh the app by selecting Settings → Update Keys.

For assistance with the app:

  • Ensure Bluetooth and Nearby Devices are enabled.
  • If the wrong email was used to register, log out and re-register with the correct one.
  • Close and reopen the app.
  • Check that your phone software is up to date.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app.
